During my 7.5 years at King.com, I worked at the crossroads of marketing and product development. I developed projects for game launches and strategic marketing campaigns, collaborating seamlessly with teams in visual design, creative concepts, and UX. Ecosystem of features (Ecommerce platform)
The Ecosystem initiative reimagined the approach of Ocado's e-commerce platform's features. Through systems thinking, I navigated the ecosystem of features that enabled users to build their baskets in their shopping journey. Uncovering how those features are combined, where are the overlaps and gaps in the experience. This initiative facilitated collaboration and alignment across the team, shaping a cohesive vision that influenced our product's evolution.
